Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Melbourne Property Intelligence Dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access to their accounts, authorizing only their own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, and professional obligations. Users must review AI summaries, extracted information, timelines, maintenance items, and task suggestions before relying on them.

Mailbox Authorization

Gmail and Microsoft Outlook access requires explicit user authorization. Melbourne Property Intelligence Dashboard accesses only the authenticated user's own mailbox and uses read-only mailbox access. The application does not send, reply to, modify, move, delete, or otherwise alter emails or mailbox content.

Service Functionality

Melbourne Property Intelligence Dashboard helps property managers and leasing agents organize rental emails, generate AI summaries, identify maintenance requests, extract property information, identify renters, suppliers and landlords, build property timelines, generate task suggestions, and improve daily productivity.

Service Availability

The service may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued access to any particular feature.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting to access another user's mailbox or data without authorization.
• Uploading, transmitting, or requesting processing of unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass security, authentication, authorization, or rate limits.
• Using the service to send spam, deceptive communications, or unauthorized actions.
• Reverse engineering or disrupting the service except where allowed by law.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, interface, documentation, and related materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. Users retain rights to their own data and content, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may provide organization, summaries, classification, or suggested context, but it does not provide legal, financial, tax, valuation, tenancy tribunal, or professional advice. External business actions always remain under user control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Privacy Policy Reference

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information, Gmail data, Outlook data, OAuth tokens, retention, third-party processors, user rights, and deletion requests are handled.

User Data and Deletion

User data is not sold. Users may request account and data deletion, subject to identity verification, legal requirements, backup retention, security records, and operational obligations.
